A Nature Party; in this case, a Moon Trio; is a group of magical beings led by one humanoid creature and no other humanoids; just animals. Animals and humanoids alike, these beings are assigned a part of nature to protect. Their job is to first, find others like them; yes, there are many more animals than humanoid 'nature parties'. And then, their job is to keep that part of nature alive and well. If they don't keep their part alive; let's say, for instance, all the dinosaur nature parties; they were all slaughtered, for they had nothing else to live for.
